Russian Visas
There are three main types of Russian visas you may get through us: -
Transit visa, issued for travel through Russia to some third country, usually valid for 72 hours, but may be valid for up to 7 days when travelling through Russia on train

Tourist visa, usually valid for 2 weeks

Business visa, which can be valid from 1 month to 1 year
Russian Visa Requirements and Necessary Documents
Russian Tourist Visa
- Original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages
- Application (questionnaire)
- 3 mat photographs 4 cm x 3 cm, signed on the back in alphabetical style. Black-and-white photos are accepted.
- Tourist voucher from a travel company in original
- Copy of hotel reservation
Russian Business Visa
- Original passport with at least 2 blank visa-designated pages
- Application (questionnaire)
- Photograph 4 cm x 3 cm, signed on the back in alphabetical style
- Business invitation to Russia (telex or invitation)
- HIV Certificate is required for stay over 3 months

HIV Certificate
To obtain a Russian visa for stay over three months it is necessary to present an HIV certificate to the Russian consulate.

When applying by post (please be sure to read): - Processing period is counted from the next day after your documents arrive to our office
- Please note that weekends and holidays are not included into processing period of your visa.
- For non-Japanese applicants it is higly advisable to contact our office before sending your document, to make sure your order is processed without delays.
